Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (US Domestic)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $50.
  • Standard Shipping: $10 (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: $15 (2-3 business days)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Canada International)

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $150.
  • Flat Shipping: $20

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping

  • We’re really sorry, but we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
  • Shipping is only available within the United States.

Return Policy

At PenCake Design, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom notebooks or engraved pens).
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale).
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable printables).

Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request: Customers can easily request a return through the order page on our website.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship your item back.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
